Quantity and unit
The only two required fields. Everything else sharpens the quote without blocking it.
Incoterm and destination
So the price you get back is comparable rather than a number needing three follow-ups.
Target price and payment terms
Optional. Sellers quote in INR; your panel converts to your display currency.
Notes
Specs, certifications, packaging or customisation — whatever the supplier needs to price it.
